Complex MSK Assessment and Treatment
Alfreton Physiotherapy Clinic provides assessment and treatment service for Case Managers and Solicitors, whose clients are recovering from complex musculoskeletal and orthopaedic injuries.
Assessment and Rehabilitation can be provided either in the clients home or at our Alfreton Clinic in Derbyshire.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our service in MSK rehabilitation, efficiency, reliability and imaginative, problem solving approach to assist your clients recovery.
Membership of the MLACP ( Medico- Legal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists)

MSK Assessment
Location
We're happy to see your client for Initial Assessment at either our Alfreton Clinic or at the clients home.
Assessment
We provide a detailed subjective and objective assessment following a biopsychosocial model and using appropriate evidence based assessment measures.
Report
A comprehensive report will be provided after the assessment detailing findings, recommendations, and a costed proposed treatment plan. The treatment plan will include mode of proposed treatment, frequency, duration , aims and rehab goals.
MSK Treatment
Goal Setting / Monitoring
We fully utilise SMART goals with your client, monitoring and adjusting at regular intervals to optimise their rehabilitation.
Method of Treatment
A variety of treatment methods are utilised , individualised to the clients needs. Examples include specific progressive exercises, functional exercise, manual therapy or acupuncture for pain relief
Teamwork
We are fully used to working with other AHP's and are happy to attend either physical or virtual MDT meetings .
